Please see below for important information and protocols for the Board meeting.

As TVUSD schools transition to offering in-person learning for students, we are pleased to share that our Governing Board meetings have transitioned to in-person.  Please note that public comments must be read in person by the submitter.  They will no longer be accepted and read via email.

The following protocols will apply for in-person attendance, public comments, live-stream access, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting.  Meeting occupancy will be based on adherence to social-distancing protocols, and there will be “overflow” space outside with speakers with audio access.  Face coverings will be required for all attendees.

The Governing Board welcomes public comments and provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board directly.  With the Board resuming in-person meetings, any person wishing to provide a public comment will need to attend the meeting and address the Board in person.  Emailed public comments intended to be read during the public meeting will no longer be accepted. Please be sure to review the actual linked Board agenda for a specific meeting as there are public comment policies for special and regular meeting agendas pursuant to the Brown Act.

Members of the public can still access the meeting via the District’s YouTube.  The link will be posted with the published Board agenda 72 hours before the regular meeting.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY With at least 72-hours notice, any individual with a disability who requires reasonable accommodation to participate in a Board meeting may request assistance by contacting Sue O'Connell at or by calling (951) 506-7904.
