Each year, the Board of Education reviews the District’s priorities. To assist the Board with aligning priorities to resources, your ideas and suggestions are appreciated. Once the Board establishes the District’s priorities, the Superintendent makes recommendations for budget allocations that reflect the fiscal realities facing the district and the most pressing needs to help TVUSD prepare every student to graduate college and career ready.
The Board will be conducting a District Priority Study Session in mid-February. Any information received by January 24, 2019, will be provided to the Board prior to the Study Session. We are open to all of your ideas.
Additionally, please check out The California School Dashboard. This is an online tool designed to help communities across the state access important information about K–12 schools and districts. The Dashboard features easy-to-read reports on multiple measures of school success. TVUSD uses the dashboard data to align priorities annually.
