Public Notice of Availability - Annual & Five Year Reportable Developer Fees FY 23-24
Notice is hereby given that the Temecula Valley Unified School District has completed and is making available for public review its proposed Annual and Five-Year Developer Fees Report (“Fee Report”) pursuant to Government Code sections 66001 and 66006, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
The Fee Report must be made available to the public no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the close of the fiscal year on June 30, and at least fifteen (15) days prior to adoption by the governing board.
The Fee Report will be presented to the Board of Education at its regularly scheduled public Board meeting on November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
