Temecula Dollars For Scholars
Temecula Dollars for Scholars is a local non-profit organization that partners with community and school donors to provide scholarships to graduating TVUSD seniors. Since 1987, over $4.5 million dollars have been awarded to students in the Temecula Valley. Scholarships begin at a minimum of $250, up to thousands.
Requirements to apply:
2.75 GPA
Uploaded Fall transcript
300 min to 500 max word essay
Community service hours (per TVUSD guidelines)
2 References (recommended by TDFS; mandatory for some donors)
Scholarship match Jan 1 - Feb 1. Applications close Feb 14th. -

The President’s Diversity Excellence Scholarship recognizes academic achievement and potential of
students who, through sharing their varied cultural perspectives, will enhance the education of all CNU
students and the excellence of the University. CNU offers these full tuition scholarships to incoming

$50,000 STEM College Scholarships for High School seniors
The Edison Scholars Program recognizes students who want to be makers of tomorrow — the dreamers, inventors, guardians and pioneers — those who dare to be great.
Edison International will award $50,000 college scholarships to 30 high school seniors to help them follow their dreams in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) and empower them to change the world.
This is a chance for students with big dreams to advance their education and take part in shaping a brighter future.

3/15/24: Horatio Alger National Scholarship
The Association awards 7 scholarships with a $25,000 National Scholarships
And 51 students from the state of California with $10,000 scholarships.
Key criteria for qualification:
1. Enrolled as a full time high school junior
2. Demonstrate critical financial need ($65,000 or lower adjusted gross family income is required)
3. Display integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity
4. At least a 2.0 GPA
5. Be a United States Citizen
