TVUSD is paperless - we use Peachjar to share flyers with families! All flyers are emailed to families and shared on your school's Peachjar hub. You can find the hub link at the bottom of each school homepage under Links & Resources. For elementary schools, it’s also in the icon panel right below the big picture carousel at the top of the homepage.

Community Organizations and Non-School Sponsored Flyers

Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below:

  • Visit www.peachjar.com
  • Register as a Program Provider (account type).
  • Upload your non-profit letter.
  • Upload your flyer for approval
  • All materials to be distributed shall bear the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity. All materials must also include the following disclaimer: Temecula Valley Unified School District neither endorses nor sponsors the organization or activity represented in this document.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. District staff will review and approve/deny based on the standards below. As part of the flyer posting process, you will have the option to pay Peachjar a service fee to have your flyer emailed to all parents.  (Note: fees are only charged by Peachjar if you are charging a fee to participate in your event or activity.)
