The Process for Requesting an Official Transcript
Directions for both Former and Current Students:
Option A- Electronic Processing
The recommended & most efficient option complete with tracking and email notification
- Access the website http://exchange.parchment.com
- Follow instructions provided.
Option B- In-house Request Form
- Place the order in the registrar’s office;
- Fill out the transcript request form completely and return the form to registrar’s office in person or by mail, click here for transcript request form.
- Completed transcripts will be mailed or ready for pick up one workday following the receipt of the request;
- After your initial 2 free copies, there will be a $2.00 charge for each official transcript processed (cash, check, or money order)
