Mr. Allen Williams

  • Principal Allen Williams has served in public education for over two decades and been a proud Golden Bear since 2013.  Mr. Williams is a native of Southern California, and although he is a hometown boy of Escondido, California, his home away from home is Temecula Valley High School.  He is a proud graduate of Orange Glen High School - the Class of 89' is Divine!  He went on to attend a year of community college before he completed his B.A. in Social Science at California State University, Chico.  Soon after, he earned his teaching credential at Chapman University, and later received his M.A. in Theology from Bethel Seminary.  After serving as a classroom teacher, coach, and ASB Director in high school and middle school contexts, Mr. Williams returned to his high school alma mater as an assistant principal for 6 years.

    The highlight of Mr. WIlliams' career was being named principal at the finest high school in America, Temecula Valley.  He has a heart for student development and learning and is intentional about fostering joy at the school by ensuring that learning is fun, engaging, meaningful, rigorous, and lasting.  He is a believer in the power of school sponsored extracurricular activities, arts, and athletics and supports these student endeavors wholeheartedly.

    Mr. Williams lives in the region, and resides with his wife of over 20 years and is an especially proud father of three teenage boys.
