MAKING CHORAL PAYMENTS?
Parents: if you are making a payment for your student's outfit or for festival, competition, or workshop fees, please make sure to send money with your student during the bookkeeper's hours only. Mrs. Halic is unable to accept money - all funds must go through the DMS bookkeeper, who is located in Room #515 (please see bookkeeper hours to the right).
A link to the DMS Web Store has also been added to our Quick Links, where you can purchase items online. When you make a payment online, please make sure to:
Print off a receipt.
Fill out the Payment Form by class (Purple - SoundWave, Pink - Treble Tones, Blue - Sparklers, and Green - Chorus). Printable payment forms are located to the left under Forms & Info.
Turn a copy of your receipt and your class order form into Mrs. Halic.
To provide financial and logistical support to the DMS Choral Music Program.
18/19 BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
All parents are welcome to join us at our monthly Board of Directors meeting! We need EVERYONE'S help in order to succeed :) Below is a list of our meeting schedule. All meetings start at 4pm and take place in the 400 wing hallway at DMS.
See the bookkeeper in room 515 to purchase choral costumes, t-shirts, and to make payments for your child's account.
They will be in charge of all purchases and selling at their designated times only.
All sales will occur:
Monday - BEFORE School
Tuesday - AFTER School
Thursday - BEFORE School
