Principal

  • Hello Panthers!

My name is Mrs. Gradstein and I am the Principal at Paloma Elementary School. It has been my honor and pleasure to serve as the Principal at Paloma since 2013. Paloma is a family, my home away from home, and it is both an incredible place to work and educate children.

Prior to coming to Paloma, I have worked as a General Education and Special Education taecher, serving students in Temecula, Detroit, and Atlanta. I have a BA in Diversified Liberal Studies, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Master's Degree in Special Education.

Outside of Paloma, I am a part of a big family. I live with my husband, two sons, and puppy, Grizzly. My family moved to Temecula when I was in the fifth grade so I have a long history with the area. When I am not at school, I am most likely at the hockey rink with my kids, the Farmer's Market in Old Town, or at home spending time with my family.

As the Principal of Paloma, I believe that every child can learn. Education is the key to success in life. With education you can do anything you set your mind to and it is my responsibility to ensure that all students receive the best education possible. I believe in an open door policy and encourage students, families, and community members alike to come in, send me an email, or set-up an appointment. Your thoughts, questions, concerns, and ideas are important, valued, and appreciated. I tend to be very busy but am never too busy to hear from a student, a parent, or local community member. We can always find the time. We are one team in supporting the students who attend Paloma each day.

It is going to be another incredible school year!

Assistant Principal

  • Hello, my name is Mrs. Eagleton and I am the Assistant Principal at Paloma Elementary School.

I have been privileged to work in Temecula Valley Unified School District since 2001. TVUSD is such an amazing district to serve and educate children, and I am blessed to be a part. I worked as a general education teacher in various elementary grades throughout this time.

I have a BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on science. I have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Development.

I have a close family. I live with my husband, daughter, son and our two dogs. Both my children attend school in our district. When I am not at work I can be found spending time with my family. I love bike riding, hiking, camping and hanging out with my husband and children. Dance and jiu-jitsu take up most of our time.

This year at Paloma, I hope that I can help play a successful role in educational success for our students. I am only at the school two days a week but I will always find time to support our families here.
