• knight Dear NVES families,

It has been exciting to see all of our parents on and around campus this week for parent-teacher conferences.  Hopefully you all received important information about your son/daughter's education.  Although this is the only official conference on the calendar, please remember that we are all working as team for the success of your child.  To this end, if you ever have any additional questions/concerns, please reach out to your child's teacher.  You can always request another conference, at any time of the school year.  The conferences signify a half-way point in the first semester.  There is still a lot of time for your child to continue to learn and grow.

We are excited about the variety of activities happening here at NVES over the next few months.  We do try and remind students about all of our activities on the Knightly News or morning announcements, but you can also make sure to reference our activity schedule on this site as well.  Sometimes dates and times do change.  Just a quick glance at what is coming up....next week is "Say No to Drugs Week" with each day having a different theme, our Monster Bash themed Fall Festival is Friday, October 26, the book fair will be held the beginning of November and also our Military Appreciation morning is on Friday, November 9.  We hope that you are able to join us for as many of these events as possible.  We know that our kiddos love it when family members are able to join them here at school.

As always, if you have any questions that you would like to ask us, please feel free to send us a voicemail or email (charman@tvusd.k12.ca.us or ceagleton@tvusd.k12.ca.us)

    Ms. Harman and Mrs. Eagleton
