Mrs. Alforque

Hello and welcome to my page...

I grew up in the little town of Oxnard, California with my parents, older sister and younger brother and played volleyball throughout high school.  After graduating from high school in 1989 I attended community college for a couple years before transfering to Chapman University.  I did my postgraduate work and teacher credential at National University.

Prior to coming to Temecula, my first teaching experience was 6th-8th grade physical education in Gardena, California from 1999-2002.

My first year in Temecula I taught 7th grade physical education at Vail Ranch Middle School for one year (2002-2003).  After that I transfered over to help open Gardner Middle School in 2003-2004.

When I am not teaching I enjoy walking and listening to music or books, reading books and spending time outdoors with my husband and two beautiful daughters.

The best way to contact me is via email at

  • Running Club/Cross Country meets every Monday, 7:50-8:50 am at Gardner Middle School track, starting August 26th.
