Mr. Tim Lucore
Hello and Welcome to the 2018-2019 School Year!!!
This will by my 6th year teaching Middle School and my 5th at Bella Vista as an Educational Specialist teaching Math Concepts. I'm married and have 3 children ages 8, 14, and 17. My family and I live in the area and love the Temecula Valley.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching, and I am dedicated to making this an exciting and productive year for all. To ensure success in school, my instructional assistants (Mrs. Fernandez and Miss Ramirez) and I will be working closely with you, your child and their teachers. I will hold each student to high expectations and will challenge and support your child to reach his/her academic and IEP goals. Your child’s teachers have been supplied with information regarding his/her strengths, learning needs, IEP goals/objectives and appropriate classroom accommodations. The curriculum will be challenging, fun, aligned with common core and IEP goals. With your support and encouragement, your son/daughter will take part in many rewarding experiences this school year.
HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS: The majority of the teachers in 8th grade utilize google classroom. I encourage you to have your child share their login information with you. By having access to your students google classroom login information you can review assigned work and your child’s progress. I also encourage students to utilize google calendar to log assignments and due dates. By utilizing google calendar they are able to receive notifications on their personal device, reminding them of assigned work; this is also something they can share with the parent and grant access.
