Hello, I am Mrs. Justiniani, and I am truly excited to be your child's teacher! I have been teaching for a really long time, but the start of every year is as exciting as my first! I am originally from the East Coast where I attended the University of New Hampshire. After college, I moved to San Diego where I earned my teaching credential at Point Loma College and my masters degree in Gifted Education from San Diego State University.

I started my career with San Diego City Schools. I taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 6th grades as well as serving as a Literacy Coach/Staff Developer. 

In 2001, I moved to Temecula and had the good fortune to open Ysabel Barnett. There are about 7 of us original teachers still here! At BES I have primarily been on the first grade team.

I live locally with my husband, younger daughter and our amazing Goldendoodles Stanley and Oakley! Our oldest daughter is off at college. I enjoy exercising, reading, hiking, walking and spending time with friends and family. 

My goal is to turn your children into lovers of school and learning! I am passionate about reading and literacy! I believe it is my responsibility to meet your child where they are at and help to move them toward the challenging standards that they are working to achieve. I believe that all of this is possible with us working as a team, with your child's success being our shared goal.
