Operation School Bell is CLOSED

  • The purpose of Operation School Bell is to enhance self-esteem, promote learning, and encourage regular school attendance. The program provides brand new clothing to identified low-income students in the school districts they serve, including ours!

If you have any questions, you will need to contact Assistance League of Temecula Valley via email at osbtemeculascheduler@gmail.com or 951-694-6594.  TVUSD does not manage the program and unfortunately cannot assist with OSB program questions.

Operation School Bell Program Requirements

  • TVUSD is fortunate to have the support of Assistance League of Temecula Valley (ALTV) who provide a program to students called Operation School Bell (OSB).  OSB provides new school clothes to students who qualify based on family income levels.

Your Total Yearly Family Income from all sources qualifies you to participate in the shopping event.  (Family income means all persons living in the same household who are related by birth, marriage, or adoption and are benefiting from the activities and contribute to Total Family Yearly Income)  Food Stamps/Cal Fresh is not added to your Total Yearly Family Income, is not considered an income source.   Please review the chart below.

Also, ALTV is requesting your student’s ID number this year on the application form. The easiest way to get that number is to ask your student as they use it every day to access their Google forms and school computers.  If you don't have it, don’t worry, the form will still let you proceed but ALTV may request it as part of their follow up process.

Applications will only be available online.  The links to apply for the dressing dates will be provided soon.

The online applications are first come, first served and they fill up very fast.  When the dressing dates reach capacity, ALTV will close the forms.
