Hey!

My name is Mr. Wishek and I'll be Concepts Science here at Margarita Middle School.  I'm super excited to be starting this new journey! 

This is my 4th year in the TVUSD.  I was born and raised in Fountain Valley, CA (Orange County) where I spent the previous 6 years teaching Physical Education grades K-8.  In addtition, for the past 12 years I served as an assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at FVHS and I also coached and administered the Barons Baseball Club, for 7th and 8th grade ball players, for the past 6 years.

I received my degree from Cal State Fullerton University in Business but after spending time coaching and being around students I decided to go back and get my teaching credential.  At home, I currently operate my own online store specializing in baseball equipment.

Outside of running my small business I'm obviously a big sports fan, I spend the majority of my free time playing, attending, or watching sporting events.  During the summer you can usually find me near a body of water (pool, beach, lake) and I also enjoy cooking (mainly grilling) good food!  

In my short time here at Margarita so far I've had a blast and I look forward to continuing to build relationships with all my students. The goal is to hopefully give them some skills and knowledge to be healthy, responsible, succesful adults later in life.
