7th grade CAPS Field Trip to CSUSM
Our district has an exciting program called the C.A.P.S. program (College Admission Promise for Students). This program supports college readiness for students so that they are guaranteed admission to California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) after they graduate from a TVUSD high school.
In March 2019, we have the incredible opportunity to take our 7th grade class on a free fieldtrip to CSUSM where they will tour the campus and learn more about the university system. Counselors will meet with 7th graders in February to share information about this field trip and give them a field trip permission form.
