6th & 7th Grade Academic Criteria:
- Must earn a cumulative 2.0 (or higher) grade point average as determined by the final semester report card and grades on the second semester capture date (TBD).
8th Grade Academic Criteria:
- Must earn a cumulative 2.0 (or higher) grade point average as determined by the first semester report card and grades on the second semester capture date (TBD).
- For the Recognition Assembly, FINAL (and 1st Semester) grades determine academic eligibility.
How to Determine your GPA (Grade Point Average):
Each letter grade is worth a number: A = 4; B = 3; C = 2; D = 1; F = 0
Add up the numbers for each grade and divide the total by the number of classes that you have (Advisement and PRIDE classes do not count).
