Facility Use
Temecula Valley Unified School District uses Facilitron, an online facility reservation system that makes it easy to request and rent District facilities. Users can browse available spaces, view photos and amenities, check real-time availability, receive estimated rental fees, submit requests, upload required documents, and pay online—all in one convenient location.
Facility use requests are reviewed in accordance with TVUSD Board Policies and Administrative Regulations, with final approval granted by District staff.
Getting Started
To reserve a District facility, create a Facilitron account and submit your request online:
Facilitron also provides:
- Account setup and support
- Nonprofit verification (if applicable)
- Online payment options (credit card, ACH/eCheck, check, or PayPal)
- Certificate of insurance upload or purchase
If you previously reserved facilities with TVUSD, an account has already been created for you. Follow the email instructions from Facilitron to activate your account.
