Visitors to our campuses will be asked for a government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, military ID card, Permanent Resident Card or passport. The ID will be scanned and using the visitors’ name and date of birth, an electronic check will be made against the National Sex Offender Data Base. Once the visitor is cleared, a visitor badge, which includes the name, destination on campus, and a picture of the visitor will be printed and must be worn while on campus. A new visitor’s pass will be required each time an individual visits one of the District’s campuses.
CHES Closed Campus
Please remember that CHES is a Closed Campus at all times: before, during, and after school. If you need to come on campus, be sure to check in at the front office, and be prepared to show ID. All volunteers must check in at the front office and wear their badge/lanyard at all times. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
No Animals on School Campus
This is a reminder that at no time are animals to be on campus or the sidewalks where student pick-up and drop-off are. Please do not walk your animals onto campus during pick up or drop off. We also ask that you do not have your animals on campus during or after school hours for any activity (i.e. Open house, family nights, Friday Flag, etc.). Thank you for your cooperation.
