Picture Make Up Day is Wednesday, October 3rd. The only students that will be able to have pictures taken are the following:
- New Students
- Students who were absent on Picture Day
- Students with a money envelope
- Students with the original picture package that they are returning for a retake - must have original pictures with them.
- Note from the student's parent stating they want their child to do a retake

PLEASE SAVE THE DATE!!! BVMS PTSA is excited to announce our very own BVMS Mulligans Family Night. Bring the whole family or your Silverhawk and their friends and enjoy a night at Mulligans. All you need to do is show this flyer on your phone or we will have paper copies in the office next week and you will get our special prices for the evening. The event lasts from 5pm-9pm on Friday, October 5th. For $21 per person you will get UNLIMITED use of the Ko-Karts, Frog Hopper, Train Ride, Rock Wall, Rookie Go-Karts, Miniature Golf, Tea Cups, Lazer Tag and the Extreme Air Jumper. You can get a jumbo pizza slice and a drink for $4 and a deal on tokens as well. They are giving us $8 worth of tokens for $5. No need to buy tickets before hand. Just show this flyer at Mulligans, pay there and our school will be sent a check in the mail. It’s easy, it’s fun and it benefits our students. Hope to see lots of Silverhawk families there.

If you are an 8th grade student with excellent scholarship, citizenship and work habits, then CJSF is the club for you. California Junior Scholarship Federation (CJSF) is a statewide organization on campus that fosters high standards of scholarship, service and citizenship. Students must meet academic and citizenship requirements to qualify. To apply, please click on the CJSF page from the “Activities” tab on the BVMS website and turn in a copy of your last year’s spring semester grades to Mrs. Easley in Room 312 or to Mrs. Picquelle in the Performing Arts room. Applications are due by September 28th

Then Science Olympiad is where you want to start! Bella Vista Middle School is going to have their 1st ever Science Olympiad Team!
Science Olympiad is a nationally organized competition in biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences and engineering! This team will compete against local Middle Schools at the Inland Empire Regional Science Olympiad. If you are interested in joining see Mrs. Kocaya anytime, the first meeting is Thursday, September 27th in room #308.

Exciting News Everyone, Bella Vista middle is introducing a quiet room. During lunch time room 811 will be open for students who would like to come in and eat their lunch and relax in a nice, safe and calming space. Come in if you would like to unwind and join us.
- Attention all Students:
We have two pick up tables in the office. In the front office there is a pick up table for lunches and small items and there is a second pick up table by the door by the lunch area for homework, PE clothing, binders etc. It is up to you, the student, to come check the pick up tables for any items you have forgotten or are expecting. It is your responsibility to check the tables on your own. Thank you!
