Bus Pass Registration & Forms

• Annual Round-Trip Bus Pass: $550.00 per child (prorated monthly on the 1st of each month)
• Annual One-Way Bus Pass: $275.00 per child (prorated monthly on the 1st of each month)
• Semester Round-Trip Bus Pass: $275.00 per child (payment in full required)
• Semester One-Way Bus Pass: $137.50 per child (payment in full required)
• Replacement Bus Pass: $10.00 (non-refundable)

Annual Pass Auto-Pay Option

Families purchasing an annual bus pass may enroll in our Auto-Pay Plan. The first payment is due at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1, with the final payment processed no later than December 1.

A $4.00 service fee applies to each Auto-Pay transaction.

Student Transportation Services uses the same eligibility guidelines as the National School Lunch Program to determine qualification for free or reduced bus fares.

To apply, submit the required forms, available in the Transportation Public Google Folder. Applications cannot be approved without the appropriate documentation.

The fee for a reduced bus pass is 50% of the standard annual bus pass rate:

• Annual Round-Trip Bus Pass: $275.00 per child (prorated monthly on the 1st of each month)
• Annual One-Way Bus Pass: $137.50 per child (prorated monthly on the 1st of each month)
• Punch Passes are not eligible for a reduced fare.

Foster Students
Applicants requesting a free bus pass for a foster student must provide a copy of the Foster Parent Agreement.

Yes. You need to re-apply every school year. 

You may sign up for our auto-pay plan if you are purchasing an annual pass. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on Sept 1st, Oct 1st, Nov 1st, and Dec 1st, with the last payment being received no later than Dec 1st. There is a $4 service charge per transaction. 

You can view the Federal Income Chart and locate your household size and income to see if you may be eligible for free or reduced fare.  All applications for free or reduced fare must include a document from the list of acceptable income verification documents and be approved by the transportation department. 

If your application is processed before the start of the school year, your student’s bus pass will be mailed to you. If your application is processed when school is in session, we can send your student’s bus pass with the bus driver.

After your application has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your student’s bus stop.
