To request transcripts, please contact the Registrar at the school you last attended.

Special Education Student Records: If the student is in Special Education, please send a request to the Special Education Department. Fax: 951-695-7113. Questions, please contact the office at 951-506-7981.
PUPIL RECORDS: (EC 49063 and 49069, 34 CFR 99.7, 20 USC 1232g) Parents' request to access their student’s educational records must be submitted in a written form to the school. The school will have five (5) business days from the day of receipt of the request to provide access to the records. Copies of student records are available to parents for a per-page fee.
A parent challenging school records must show that the records are inaccurate.
