Culinary Arts II is our advanced level in the HTR pathway. These students will participate in more labs each week. This is an extension of Culinary Arts I, and the same expectations will be monitored in this upper-level course. Students are expected to participate in the Leader of the Pack catering events that are held each month at lunchtime on campus.

Quick breads
Yeast breads
Cake decorating
Pasta
Hot sandwiches
World Regional foods
Menu planning
We are in the lab approximately 3 times a week. This is a great course in the HTR pathway, and it leads into our Capstone course: Culinary Arts III Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation.
