To reset CLEVER access, students will have to contact IMS for help:
1. Visit https://www.tvusd.k12.ca.us/devicehelp
2. Enter the following information into the form:
* Student's first and last name
* School ID number
* Birthdate (mm/dd/yy)
3. Parents should include name, contact email, phone number, and home address (this will be used for identity verification)
