Advanced Art is a year-long class for students who love art! Advanced Art is also a stepping stone for those who would like to pursue art in high school. Students who do well in Advanced Art have the opportunity to bypass Art 1 and move right into Art 2, at CHS, TVHS, and GOHS.

Here are the requirements:
1. A genuine interest in art
2. Good studio habits (you are dedicated to working, and will not distract others from doing the same)
3. Artistic ability (you have completed an art class in 6th or 7th grade, or you have dedicated time to expand your artistic knowledge and skills)

If you feel that you meet these requirements, please complete the application to be considered for Advanced Art. Space is limited, and priority will be given to 8th graders.
