TVUSD Student Code of Conduct
The Student Code of Conduct was created to address adverse student behavior in our new learning platform. We recognize that although our classroom environment is virtual (online), the standards of behavior are as important as they are in brick and mortar schools. In other words, our distance learning opportunity classrooms are real classrooms with real teachers and real students. Therefore, appropriate student behavior is expected. A high sense of personal honor, respect, etiquette, and integrity is expected from all TVUSD personnel and students participating in distance learning. To ensure that all TVUSD students understand how to positively interact in an online virtual environment, we developed a code of conduct that addresses student interaction with faculty, staff, and other students, as well as their individual actions.
