Welcome! My name is Mrs. Keene and I am so happy to have you in class this year! I have many exciting activities developed especially for you, and I can't wait to begin the new year! My educational background includes: BS degree in Anthropology, MA degree in Education, and a teaching credential in Cross-Cultural Multi Subject.

On a personal note, I have been married to my husband, Kris, for 11 years, who is also a teacher. We have a four year old son named Kade who is in preschool.

I have taught for six years in Las Vegas and this will be my third year at GMS. I am so proud to be a part of the Grizzly family! My passions include: spending time with family & friends, camping, reading all genres, and anything chocolate! 

I look forward to getting to know you this year! I promise...it will be a good one :)
