Program Characteristics

  • The Temecula Advantage Virtual School model of online-blended learning allows students to work from home and come to the "lab" as needed to receive help from subject-matter teachers, or just to work at school. Working in the lab provides the student with additional support to enhance the student's understanding of content. The TAVS lab (school) is open to students Tuesday - Friday from 7:45 am - 3:45 pm. The lab is closed to students on Monday. The TAVS lab is staffed with four core -subject, highly-qualified, teachers available to assist students during lab hours.

    Academic schedules are personalized to student needs.
    TAVS offers several Advanced Placement courses. TAVS courses are A-G approved.
    A CTE (Career Technical Education) Business and Finance Pathway in Business Management will be offered to begin the 2019-2020 school year.
    TAVS facilitates flexible scheduling to enable early graduates.
