NO Schoolwork this week

Enjoy your 3-week Spring Break 

Reading - Read 20 minutes nightly. Read your guided reading book from baggie. If no reading book comes home, read a book of your choice. Discuss story elements - characters and setting - and retell story with details. Wednesday night - read your 2nd grade Wonders reading book. Thursday read your library book :) Another reading choice is to go onto Reading Eggs and do a lesson or two.

Math - Math homework books will be kept at home. Homework corresponds to the daily lesson. Please tear out homework sheet, complete and check it, and return sheet to school the following day.

                       (For example: Chapter 1, Lesson 3 = homework page 1.3)                                           

     Monday: Chapter : Lesson

     Tuesday: Chapter : Lesson

     Wednesday: Chapter : Lesson  

                       **fact (+ and -) practice-use learning links for fun online practice or use flashcards.

                       **choose a math computer activity 

      Thursday: Chapter : Lesson  

Spelling - practice your spelling words each night. Choose activity from the list of ideas in your homework folder. Turn in one written assignment each week and take a practice spelling test every Thursday.
