  • Hello,

My name is Stephanie Nehrlich (Nairlish) and I am a 3rd grade teacher this school year at TLES. I have been an educator in Temecula since 2001, and I have taught here at TLES since we opened our doors in 2007. I love our school and our community, and I am proud to be an eagle. I received my Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree and teaching credential from California State University San Marcos.

I live in Temecula with my husband Gregory, my son Nathan, our three rescued cats, and few hundred of the hummingbirds in the area. We spend most of our time with family, and we are usually swimming in the pool or down at the beach.

I have a passion for teaching, and I am grateful each day for the opportunity to educate and inspire our youth. I am excited about the current innovations in education, and I am amazed at what our students are capable of achieving through collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity. Technology has become an important part of our learning environment and we are just at the beginning stages of how education is evolving.  My hope is that each child that passes through my classroom feels loved, challenged, and builds the mindset that we learn by trying and mistakes happen. I want them to learn from each other and to become comfortable with process of new learning.

I look forward to a wonderful year of learning with you and your child as we laugh, learn and explore the standards in the common core curriculum.
