  • Course Description:

    This course encompasses an integrated approach to science as reflected by the newly adopted Next Generation Science Standards. Our emphasis is on “doing” science rather than “memorizing” scientific facts. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for authentic inquiry to mimic the world of real science.

    Canvas is our new Learning Management Sytem that allows educators to create and present online learning materials and assess student progress. Students are able to engage in courses and receive feedback about skill development and learning achievement.  Each student will be enrolled in Canvas for their particular science class. All learning modules, links, and a classroom calendar will be accessed through Canvas.

    CLEVER is a districtwide platform that links students, staff and parents to the educational programs students are using.  This is the lander page for students to go for access to Canvas, McGraw Hill, Wonders, Pearson, TCI and many more platforms.
