The Process For Requesting an Official Transcript
Directions for Former Students
Option A- Electronic Processing
The recommended & most efficient option complete with tracking and email notification
- Click the following link to access the website Parchment.com
- Follow instructions provided.
Option B- In house Request Form- Place the order in the registrar’s office;
- Fill out the transcript request form completely and return the form to registrar’s office in person or by mail (form located below)
- Completed transcripts will be mailed or ready for pick up one work day following the receipt of the request;
- After your initial 2 free copies there will be a $4.15 charge for each official transcript processed (cash, check, or money order)

- There will be a $2.00 charge for each official transcript processed (cash, check, or money order).
MANDATED CHANGES TO TRANSCRIPT FEES
TVUSD high schools have reduced the fee for requesting a transcript from the site registrar in person or by mail to $2.00. As a gesture of good will, TVUSD high schools will grant a $1.00 to $3.00 refund to any student, current or former, who was charged a fee of more than $2.00 per transcript during the 2014-2015 school year. Please bring your receipt indicating the fee paid to the appropriate site’s book keeper during normal business hours to secure your refund.
