• Before and After School Extended Services is TVUSD's childcare program for elementary school students.  Each center, held at select school sites, is supervised by caring, energetic and qualified staff.  

    In addition to offering children a safe environment before and after school, BASES also provides nurturing social interactions, recreational activities and intellectual stimulation.
