Mt. San Jacinto Community College Dual Enrollment Program

Qualified students can take two MSJC courses each semester (includes DE & Concurrent).  Students can earn college credits and high school credits at the same time.  Some TVHS students who have taken DE courses go to college with a years worth of credits which enables them to start as a sophomore in college instead of a freshman.  That is a huge financial and time savings for them and their parents!!!

If your student is interested in either or both programs please have them fill out the appropriate forms (They must fill out both interest forms if they are interested in both Concurrent & DE) and return to the College & Career Center (room 207).  If your student is interested in the after school Concurrent class starting in January, 2020 they must act fast.  Please make sure they complete the MSJC application & orientation.  They must print verification of the orientation completion or take a picture of the orientation completion page to turn in with their interest form by 12/1/19.

If your student is interested in the DE courses, please make sure they complete the interest form and turn it in to the College & Career Center by 2/1/20.  Please make sure they complete the MSJC application and orientation by 2/7/20 and turn in a picture of their orientation completion page by 2/8/20.  The last day for the Accuplacer will be in the first week of March.

If your sophomore or junior has a 3.0 or better GPA, they may qualify for the TVHS & MSJC Dual Enrollment Program in the 2020-2021 school year.  The courses offered at TVHS are transferable to the University of California and California State University.
