Public Records - Non-Student Records:

To request a non-student Public Record please complete a Records Request Form located below. The form is automated and requests are sent directly to Megan Carthen-Jackson in Human Resources Development.
To the best of our ability, records provided will be in electronic format. If printed copies are requested or the only format available, a $.10 cent per page charge will be applied and collected prior to the release of documents.
DO NOT USE THE FORM TO REQUEST IMMUNIZATION RECORDS OR OTHER STUDENT RECORDS. THOSE NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO THE SCHOOL YOUR CHILD PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED.

Special Education Student Records: If the student is in Special Education, please send a request to the Special Education Department. Fax: 951-695-7113. Questions, please contact the office at 951-506-7981.
PUPIL RECORDS: (EC 49063 and 49069, 34 CFR 99.7, 20 USC 1232g)
Parents' request to access their student’s educational records must be submitted in a written form to the school. The school will have five (5) business days from the day of receipt of the request to provide access to the records. Copies of student records are available to parents for a per-page fee.A parent challenging school records must show that the records are inaccurate.

Public Record Defined:
The public may inspect or obtain a copy of identifiable public records. Writings held by state or local government are public records. A writing includes all forms of recorded information that currently exists or that may exist in the future.
