Welcome!
Hi there, I'm Mr. Radcliffe, and I am so excited to be a science teacher at Gardner Middle School. I've been teaching at GMS since 2015, and I am one of five teachers in my immediate family. Originally from Huntington Beach, I have lived in theTemecula Valley since 1999, and was even a student in the district. I started my college journey at Palomar college, then earned my BA from Cal State San Marcos, my single-subject teacher credential from the University of Redlands, and my Masters in Educational Leadership through Cal Baptist University.
Outside of the classroom, I restore vintage automobiles, work on home improvement projects, travel, and keep up on the latest science topics that I can share with students. I have two vintage Mustangs that I have restored from the ground up, and enjoy taking them to local shows/events. I have also worked on restoration projects with my brother, who specializes in metal work on cars from the 1930s-50s. I usually focus on technical items, like drivetrains, disassembly/assembly, and complete automotive rewiring.
My ultimate goal is to help your child be successful, while providing them with a meaningful, exciting, and memorable experience in 8th grade science. At the same time, I try my best to prepare them for their journey into high school.
