    2019 AP TESTING INFORMATION

    THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:  

    To register for AP Exams visit www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/053880 
    FEES:  

    • Tests ordered and paid by February 13th $99.00
    • Tests ordered and paid after February 14th $104.00 (late fee $5.00 per exam)
    • Tests ordered and paid after February 22nd $124.00 (late fee $25.00 per exam)
    • LAST DAY TO ORDER – March 1st

    REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY, MARCH 1ST, 2019

    TO REGISTER:  To register for AP Exams visit www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/053880We strongly recommend that parents and students are both present while registering to ensure that the correct exams are ordered.  Students/parents should click on the link provided on the school website or visit the website listed above.   Registration is not complete until students have printed the confirmation page that is provided at the end of the registration process.

    IF YOU ARE TAKING IB EXAMS please check YES during the registration process. This will make sure you will not have conflicting test dates.

    CANCELLED EXAMS/CONFLICTS: Any student who has registered for an AP exam but cancels the exam prior to exam day will lose a nonrefundable deposit of $25.00.  Any student who does not show up for an exam will not be refunded. If a student has a conflict with an IB exam or any other issue, please let Mrs. Treto know by Friday, March 1st.

    NO MAKE-UP EXAMS.  If you are absent on exam day you will need to purchase a late exam.  

    FINANCIAL AID:  Fees for AP Exams are reduced for low-income families. To request a fee reduction, the student must present a copy of the District APPROVED letter for Free and Reduced lunch and a completed Student Eligibility Form (available at Mrs. Treto’s desk). Forms must be turned in to Mrs. Treto before the due date.  Meal applications for Free or Reduced Price Meals are available at the Temecula Valley School District Nutritional Services Department website (http://temeculafreshfood.com). Approval of free/reduced meal applications may take up to 10 days.  Forms received after February 13th will incur a $5 late fee.  Forms received after February 22nd will incur a $25 late fee.  Registration ends March 1st.  

    TESTING DAY INFORMATION:  

    • ABSOLUTELY NO electronic devices are permitted
    • Bring your Student ID
    • Bring confirmation receipt
