Welcome to room 16, aka Super Sloans!  My name is Steve Sloan and I am excited to be your child's 5th grade teacher. I have been teaching for over 20 years and this is my 17th year at PVES. I hold a Mutlitple Subject Teaching Credential and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I have an open door policy!  I believe in building a family-like atmosphere with my students and families  Clear communication, respect, and responsiblity from students, families, and myself is important for a successful 5th grade year.  You will stay informed with classroom activites any information if your current email address is up to date with the school.
