The 2023-24 school year marks my 35th year of teaching elementary school. I have taught all grades (K-5), and have even taught at the collegiate level, preparing students to become teachers. I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies. I continued my education at California University, San Marcos and earned a Master's Degree in Literacy.I have one daughter, Julia, who lives in Australia. My free time is spent being active outdoors and listening to live music.  I am passionate about teaching students to be responsible, organized and to not back down from a challenge. Together, we can make your child's last year in elementary school the best one!
