Welcome to Culinary Arts with Mrs.Hall


Culinary I: Introductory Course teaching the basics of recipe reading, safety & sanitation, measuring, nutrition and meal preparation. Labs in every unit 'in person' for students that have no missing work and good behavior in class. (Make-up Lab form available on Canvas for students unable participate).

Culinary II: Advanced course covers a review of 'basics', sanitation taught for ServSafe Exam (nationally recognized safety/sanitation course), advanced labs 'in person', introduction to industry/catering & serving.

Culinary III: Advanced course focused on Industry, Careers, Food Presentation, ServSafe Exam, labs 'in person', and catering on campus to Staff & Students.
