Hi! I'm Heidi Connors, and the SDC K-2 teacher her at CHES. I have taught for three years and each year I continue to learn how to be a better teacher for my students. Teaching is my passion and I love coming to work each day. I received my bachelors, mild/moderate special education credential, and digital teaching and learning Masters at Azusa Pacific University. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked for Temecula Valley Unified as an for over 7 years as an aide at the preschool and elementary level. I have been trained in ABA and use these strategies throughout my classroom rountines. I am getting married this fall, and will soon be Mrs. Rivera :) I have two step children, Xavier (10 yrs.) and Isla (7 yrs.), and then Rudy and I have one child together, Oliver who will be 1 in October. We are so very blessed and excited to start our future together. I am excited about this school year and learning and growing alongside your child.
