Hi! My name is Lisa Baese and I teach first grade at Tony Tobin. This is my 27th year of teaching in the Temecula Valley Unified School District. I have taught first and second grades for most of my career. 

I love teaching first  grade because the students achieve so much academic growth. It is exciting to watch them learn how to work together and become great citizens of the school. I love watching them become excellent readers and thinkers by the end of the year. When I am not at school, I spend most of my time with my terrific family. I love watching my daughter grow and experience life.
