Hello and welcome to my webpage! My name is Martha Guy and I am a visual arts teacher. I earned my BFA with a concentration in drawing and painting from California State University at Fullerton in 2012 and returned to earn my single-subject teaching credential in Art in 2018. 
Teaching kids how to be creative and investigative learners is my passion. Creating an environment where students can explore, collaborate, and grow as artists is my strength.
The skills that students gain in art are applicable to all other subjects. Art teaches students how to see multiple solutions to a single problem. My role is to help each student navigate this process by providing meaningful experiences. By supporting student growth and focusing on personal learning outcomes, each student has the opportunity to attain their goals in my classroom.
