The Temecula Valley Unified School District is in the process of developing a district-wide facilities master plan. The intent of this endeavor is to define the District’s facilities needs for the next ten years. We are seeking input from you to help us determine what is important to our community. The District’s master plan Core Planning Group, in association with DLR Group Architects, has developed the following list of items for consideration based on site visits, input from campus representations, and input from community meetings. We value your input.

Health Information 2021-22
Thank you for providing us with all the information and doctor’s orders to care for your child this year.
Each school year we are required to have new and current physician’s orders in place. In preparation for the 2020-21 school year, please have the physician fill out the appropriate forms, medication authorization and /or specialized health care procedures forms. The medication forms need to be completed for all over the counter and prescribed medication (including topical ointments) that your child will be needing at school. Please return or fax the medication orders and parent request and physician authorization of specialized health care procedure forms to the school by August 12th.
Although as a district we are uncertain about what next school year will look like, maintaining childhood immunizations and well- child care during COVID 19 pandemic is important to assist in keeping your family healthy.
To be prepared for when campuses open in the future 2020-21 school year:
obtain medication physician authorization for any prescription & over the counter medication needed at school (for example- Epi pen & Inhalers)
7th Graders make sure Tdap and Varicella is up to date & provide updated immunization records to school.

CHES Closed Campus
Please remember that CHES is a Closed Campus at all times: before, during, and after school. If you need to come on campus, be sure to check in at the front office, and be prepared to show ID. All volunteers must check in at the front office and wear their badge/lanyard at all times. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
No Animals on Campus
This is a reminder that at no time are animals to be on campus or the sidewalks where student pick-up and drop-off area (except for trained service animals). Please do not walk your animals onto campus during pick up or drop off. We also ask that you do not have your animals on campus during or after school hours for any activity (i.e. Open House, family nights, Friday Flag, etc.). Thank you for your cooperation.
