The nominating committee of the Temecula Valley Council of PTAs met on January 30, 2015, to consider all eligible candidates for the 2015-2017 term of office. The following slate of officers is presented to the association for consideration:

TEMECULA VALLEY COUNCIL OF PTAs
LETTER OF INTENT TO SERVE A 2-YEAR TERM
ON THE TVC PTA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Dear Fellow PTA/PTSA Officers and Chairmen:
The biennial election of the Temecula Valley Council of PTAs Officers will be held on MARCH 2, 2015. The Nominating Committee needs to secure a slate of nominees for the elected officer positions of this Council.

For the election of a Council President, a nominee must currently be a member of PTA, is serving or has served on the Council Executive Board or has served as the President of a PTA/PTSA Unit for two of the previous four years. For the election of an Elected Council Executive Officer (other than President), a nominee must currently be a member of PTA, is serving or has served on the Council Executive Board or has served as an elected officer at a PTA/PTSA Unit for two of the previous four years. Any nominee for an Appointed Officer or Chairman position must currently be a member of PTA, and must have served as either an elected or appointed officer or chairman at a PTA/PTSA Unit for two of the four previous years.

Officers shall assume their duties on July 1, 2015. The term is for two (2) years. A list of nominees for the elected officer positions will be posted no later than February 02, 2015 at each school as well as on this website. If you have any questions regarding the duties of any given position, please contact the Temecula Valley Council PTA Nominating Committee at TVCPTAParliamentarian@gmail.com.
