Notice Of Continuance Of the Public Hearings Of the Board Of Education Of TVUSD Regarding the Intention To Establish Community Facilities District No. 2017-1

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearings of the Board of Education of the Temecula Valley Unified School District (“District”) on June 27, 2017, have been continued to September 19, 2017. 


The continued public hearings will be held on September 19, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the District’s Board Room, located at 31350 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, California  92592.  


The continued public hearings will consider the intention of the Board of Education of the District to form Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 of the District (“CFD No. 2017-1”) for the purpose of providing funds to plan for, study, design, acquire, construct, finance or refinance the costs of public facilities authorized to be funded, including, but not limited to, school facilities and related facilities to fulfill needs for public facilities and supporting infrastructure resulting from development within CFD No. 2017-1, authorize a levy of a special tax to pay for the Facilities as may be permitted by law presently or in the future, authorize the incurring of bonded indebtedness, and related matters.
