Centralized Enrollment- Returning Students

TVUSD Returning Student Registration for the 2017/18 School Year

It’s that time of year again!  We are excited to welcome you and your children back to school.  Please complete the online registration process by following the information below.    

 

The Online Registration System opened Monday, July 17th.  Access to the system is available through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once in your parent portal, click on the left side bar titled "Required Family Annual Update" to complete the online registration process.  You can access the portal by clicking here.

Please review the following information to assist you with the follow up items that you will need to print, complete, and return to your child(ren)’s school site to finish the registration process.

 

For K-5 elementary school returning students – the following documents will need to be printed, signed and returned with your student to their teacher on the first week of school to complete your registration process.  You may want to visit your child’s school website for information about events and activities planned for parents before school begins.  Each site manages their own schedule for class schedule releases, etc.

Affidavit of Residency Form Required only if sharing a residence
2017/2018 Health History Form with Parent/Guardian Signature
Returning Student Online Registration (OLR) - printed copy
Parent/Guardian Identification

Optional: Media/Photo Release  Directory Information Release Forms if you selected to complete these

 

For 6-12 middle/high school returning students – Online registration should be completed prior to the scheduled business days for your child(ren) to receive their class schedules.  Some of the sites will have computers available during the business days for you to complete onsite if necessary.  The following documents will need to be printed, signed, and returned directly to your child’s school on the specified business day to complete your registration process.  You can submit these on your child’s scheduled business day.  Please check with the individual school websites for dates and additional information.  Each site manages their own schedule for class schedule releases, etc.
