Intradistrict Transfer Requests

The Open Enrollment Transfer Window for the 2014/2015 school year closed on December 20, 2014. Intradistrict Transfer requests for the 2015/2016 school year will be accepted from October 14, 2014 – December 19, 2014.


We are currently ONLY continuing to accept Intradistrict Transfer Requests for the 2014/2015 school year for the sites listed below:

Transfer requests submitted after the District’s regularly scheduled Open Enrollment Window are subject to space availability. Unfortunately, the submission of an online Transfer Request does not guarantee space availability at any one site or grade level. Should the District be able to grant your transfer request, you will be contacted.

El período para solicitar Transferencias de Inscripción Abierta para el año escolar 2014-2015 cerró el 20 de diciembre del 2014.  Solicitudes para el año escolar 2025-2016 serán aceptadas del 14 de octubre al 19 de diciembre del 2014.

Solicitudes de Transferencia sometidas después del Período de Inscripción Abierta regular programado por el Distrito son sujetas a disponibilidad de espacio.  Desafortunadamente, el someter una Solicitud de Transferencia por este medio no garantiza la disponibilidad de espacio en una de las escuelas o grado escolar.  Si el Distrito puede otorgarles la solicitud de transferencia, se les contactará.

March 19, 2014 -

Open - Impacted Students Only

Special Open Enrollment Period: Only For Students Impacted by the Newly Revised Attendance Boundaries

All transfer requests received during the Special Open Enrollment Period receive equal consideration regardless of date received

April 11, 2014 - Closing date for transfer priority consideration. Failure to complete and be awarded a transfer through this process will result in your child being enrolled in their new home school for the 2014/2015 school year.

Intradistrict Transfer requests received after this date will be reviewed for consideration beginning June 9, 2014. Every effort will be made to provide you with notice of approval or denial prior to the first day of school.

However, decisions to approve or deny transfers received outside the open enrollment period may not be made until after the beginning of the school year.

   

By May 2, 2014

Parents who submitted an Intradistric Transfer Request during the March 19th - April 11th Open Enrollment period will be notified by mail of their transfer status. 

Processing transfer requests in a timely manner is very important to us. Please assist our office in doing so by refraining from contacting us to check on the status of your transfer, as this delays our ability to process and mail notices. 

Renewal transfers will not receive any notification unless the transfer is not going to be renewed due to space limitations.

Open Enrollment Period: New Intradistrict Transfers to be considered for the 2014/15 school year.

All transfer requests received during the open enrollment period receive equal consideration regardless of date received. A lottery will be held if the number of transfers exceeds the number of spaces available at the school of choice.

December 20, 2013 - Closing date for transfer priority consideration.
